Coin purchase terms

Your purchase
A one-time purchase gives your signed-in account 450 coins for $4.99 USD or 1,000 coins for $9.99 USD, plus applicable taxes. The final amount, currency, and any conversion are shown before payment. There is no recurring charge. Premium accounts are not currently offered for sale.
Coins are digital credits for use within Square Mini Games. They cannot be transferred, sold, cashed out, or exchanged for money or real-world prizes. Purchases are available on our website in supported locations. You must be authorized to use the payment method. The service is not intended for children.
Delivery and spending
Coins are credited to the account used to start checkout after payment is confirmed. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. Closing checkout does not prevent delivery after a successful payment. If coins are missing, refresh your purchases or contact support with your order reference. Earned coins are spent first; purchased packs are then spent from oldest to newest.
Refunds
You may request a full refund of an entirely unused pack within 7 days of purchase. Once any coins from a pack are spent, that pack is not eligible under this voluntary policy. In the Design Shop, open Your purchases to request an eligible refund, or email support@squareminigames.com. Coins from a refunded pack are removed; while a refund processes, those coins are held and cannot be spent.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, remedies for an incorrect or undelivered purchase, or Stripe’s refund decisions. Stripe may issue refunds outside this policy, including within 60 days in certain circumstances. Payment disputes may temporarily hold unused coins while reviewed. Any refund involving already-spent coins may require support review.
Payments and support
Eligible payments use Stripe Managed Payments and are sold through Link. Stripe’s payment terms apply at checkout, and Stripe handles payment-related support. Square Mini Games handles game and coin-delivery support at support@squareminigames.com. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.
